I have been shaping the core UX design for Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI-powered assistant that transforms how millions of users work across Microsoft 365 products. From envisioning intuitive Navigation, Input, Output and Agents experiences to crafting design frameworks for AI interactions.

Play My Emails

I led the design for Play My Emails, which help users stay on top of what’s new in inbox and get organized while they are away from computer. While listening to new emails and changes to day, ask Cortana to schedule a meeting in response to an email or add an email to their tasks list.

Text iQ

I developed the end-to-end design of Text iQ, Qualtrics’ NLP-powered analytics tool that makes open text feedback as measurable and actionable as survey data. By creating interactive ways to explore sentiment, topics, and hierarchies, I helped make Text iQ a signature Qualtrics experience.
